All orders placed through NOADRESS.com are shipped directly from our studio in Delft, The Netherlands. We primarily use PostNL for reliable and efficient delivery services, both domestically and internationally.
2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays) of payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will always communicate any significant delays.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total and delivery destination and will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Cost: A flat rate fee of €6.95 or free for orders over €60 at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique PostNL tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the PostNL website (www.postnl.nl/en) or through your local postal service website once the parcel enters your country.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, please note that your package may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and other fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the customer's sole responsibility.

6. Shipping Restrictions
While we strive to ship worldwide, there may be certain countries to which we are unable to deliver due to carrier limitations or local laws and regulations. If your country is not available in the shipping options at checkout, please get in touch with us for assistance.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you accept the package, please take photos of the damage before opening it.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost in transit, please get in touch with us. We will initiate an investigation with PostNL to locate your parcel. Please allow sufficient time for the investigation process to be completed.
