1. Our Return Policy

  • Eligibility Window: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • In its original condition with all tags still attached.

    • Free from any odors (e.g., perfume, smoke) or pet hair.

    • Returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to prevent damage during transit.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, and due to the delicate nature of some garments, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

    • Items with missing tags.

    • Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on our website.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 14-day eligibility window, send an email to norhalma@noadress.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Await Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and send you a return authorization, along with detailed instructions on how to package and send back your item. Please do not send items back without this authorization.

  3. Ship Your Item: Package the item securely (preferably in its original packaging) and send it back to the address provided in the return authorization.

    • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., PostNL with tracking) as NOADRESS cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

    • Proof of Postage: Please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days after delivery to us), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-10 business days. The timing of the credit appearing on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded.

4. Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return for the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order for the desired item on our website. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
